Do the rooms have a private thermal pool?
Yes. All four of our room types — Suite, Deluxe Suite, King Suite and Family Suite — have a private thermal pool inside the room, fed directly by Yoncalı's thermal spring water. It is a real thermal pool, not a jacuzzi, and it is included in the room rate.
What is included in the price? Are meals included?
Stays are half board: breakfast and dinner are included. The private in-room thermal pool, the indoor thermal pool, Turkish bath, sauna and salt room are also included; doctor fish, massage and kese-foam are charged extra. Bank transfer and cash payments get a 10% discount, and credit cards can be split into 6 instalments at the cash price.

Our address is Yoncalı, Kütahya Caddesi, 43100 Merkez/Kütahya. Once you reach Kütahya city centre, continue towards Yoncalı. By public transport, Kütahya bus terminal is the main arrival point; the nearest airport is Kütahya Zafer Airport.
How many nights should I stay?
Because the effect of thermal water builds over a few days, we recommend at least three nights. Longer stays are rewarded too (stay 5 pay 4, stay 6 pay 5, stay 10 pay 8), applied automatically when you book on our website.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 14:00 and check-out at 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out requests depend on that day's occupancy; please mention them when booking.
