Do the rooms have a private thermal pool?
Yes. All four of our room types — Suite, Deluxe Suite, King Suite and Family Suite — have a private thermal pool inside the room, fed directly by Yoncalı's thermal spring water. It is a real thermal pool, not a jacuzzi, and it is included in the room rate.
How is the in-room pool cleaned? Is the water changed for every guest?
Yes. Every in-room thermal pool is fully drained and cleaned at each check-out, then refilled with fresh thermal spring water for the next guest.
What is there for children? Is it suitable for a family holiday?
Yes. In summer our aquapark has slides, shallow children's pools and an outdoor pool, all supervised by lifeguards. The 65 m² Family Suite and the 45 m² Deluxe Suite suit families well, and the private in-room pool means no time slots at a shared pool. Children aged 0-6 stay free; a nightly supplement applies for ages 7-12.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 14:00 and check-out at 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out requests depend on that day's occupancy; please mention them when booking.
